Changing Educations Paradigms, by Sir Ken Robinson

For those of you who still haven't watched it, this video is a must! It's got English subtitles (with a couple of typos, sorry), so you'll be able to read and listen instead of actually watching. This is an exercise which would be a good idea to extend into your daily or weekly routines and which would greatly improve your level of English in a short time. If you don't believe it, try to watch three or four seasons at least from an American or British series (they usually speak clearer English in series than in films). You will be amazed at how much you understand, and how easy it is to become a proficient learner. Once you've mastered this step, you'll be ready to take on seriously thick books, and from there on there'll be no stopping you. By watching English films and series with English subtitles, you'll have actually overcome the language barrier that prevents us from enjoying a foreign language. And it's high time you started enjoying English, instead of suffering for it.

Ooops, sorry, I keep getting this error message whilst uploading the video, so instead I'm referring you to Youtube where you will be able to watch it. Here goes:
